To Brother Gordon, Kyle, Trent, Zach, and the entire Gordon family,
We extend our deepest, heartfelt condolences to all of you during this time of heavy loss. Sister Gordon was a truly remarkable example of faith, quiet strength, and Christian dignity. Since her baptism in 1981, she maintained a faithful course, prioritizing spiritual things while demonstrating an enduring spirit of forgiveness, patience, and love toward everyone around her.
Her grace and fortitude in facing long-term illness were a testament to her deep trust in Jehovah. While her absence leaves a profound hole in the lives of her husband, children, granddaughter, and friends, it brings immense comfort to know that her pain has come to an end and that she rests safely in Jehovah’s limitless memory.
We draw great strength alongside you from the warm scriptural promises that sustained Sister Gordon throughout her life. Jehovah promises a near future where physical suffering will be a thing of the past, as foretold at Isaiah 33:24:
“And no resident will say: ‘I am sick.’ The people dwelling in the land will be pardoned for their error.”
In that promised paradise, all the sorrow and grief of today will be replaced with everlasting joy. Notice the tender reassurance found at Revelation 21:4:
“And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
What a wonderful day it will be when Sister Gordon is welcomed back in full health and vitality—ready to enjoy life in perfection on a peaceful earth with those she loved so dearly.
May Jehovah, “the God of all comfort,” cushion your hearts, grant you peace, and give your family the power beyond what is normal during the days ahead. Our thoughts and prayers remain with all of you.
With warm Christian love,
The Guillory Family
