Kimberly Ann Seitz, 53, of Floral City, Florida, died Friday, May 27, 2022, at 10:11 a.m. at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Johnnie and Aaron Eddlemon, of Washington Court House.

Kim was born April 17, 1969, in Circleville, Ohio.  She was a graduate of Westfall High School and lived most of her life in Pickaway and Fayette Counties before moving to Florida five years ago.

She was a provider of home health care and cleaning services.

Kim enjoyed fishing, painting, gardening and being with her family.

She is survived by four children, Jeremy Blair of Floral City, FL; Jonie Lochbaum and her husband, Michael, of Chillicothe, Jackwalyn Henry and Johnnie Eddlemon and her husband, Aaron, all of Washington Court House; nine grandchildren, Braxton, Alexander, Aaryn and Houston Eddlemon, Natalie and Aleena Lochbuam, Kaylee Mossbarger, Isaac and Zayne Schafer; her mother, Betty Young (Gene) Blankenship of Columbus; her fiancée, Christopher Beeman of Floral City, FL and his children, Christian and Christopher Beeman, Jr.; three brothers, Jimmy Lowry and Larry Lowry, both of Columbus and Rick Lowry of Washington Court House and a sister, Linda Shisler and her husband, Paul, of Bad Axe, MI.

The funeral will be Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 1 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House with Pastor Mike Wolfe, minister at the Life Connect Church, officiating.  Cremation will follow the service.

Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of the service.
