Victor William Grover, 69, of Washington Court House, Ohio died Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 2:18 a.m. at the Cleveland Clinic where he had admitted the previous day.
Arrangements for a celebration of life, to be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Washington Court House, are being completed and will be announced by the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House, when finalized.
