Florence Mae House, 88, of Washington Court House, died Sunday, October 29, 2023, at 1:35 p.m. at St. Catherine’s Manor of Washington Court House where she had been residing since 2014.
Florence was born August 22, 1935, in Ross County, Ohio to Homer Clyde and Bertha Alice Clark Parker.
She had been a hostess at the former Terrace Lounge Restaurant.
Florence was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Harry, Frank and Dick Parker and four sisters, Margaret Staffan, Minnie Fitch, Elizabeth Ann Parker and Mary Puckett.
She is survived by three sons, Tim, Mike and Don Bryant; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a sister, Erma Heinz of Jamestown.
The funeral will be Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 1 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House with Mell Wickensimer, director of visitation at WCH Grace Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the New Holland Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
