Tammy Hooks, 59, of New Holland, died Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at 5:05 a.m. shortly after arrival at Fayette County Memorial Hospital.
Tammy was born May 31, 1959, in Roseann, Virginia to Monroe and Helen Collins Daniels. She moved to New Holland in 2006 from Washington Court House.
She was formerly a home health aide.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Brenda Cooper and Emmalene Todd and a brother, Ricky Daniels.
She is survived by three children, Kelly Gonzales and her husband, Ramiro, and Tina Mourer, all of New Holland and Michael Mourer of Washington Court House; four grandchildren, Katelyn, Cierra and Marissa Daniels and Shelby Mourer; six siblings, Monroe Daniels, Jr., of Washington Court House, Patricia McConahay and her husband, Larry, of Frankfort, Ilene Warner and her husband, Charles, of Washington Court House, Jerry Daniels of Connecticut, Jim Daniels and his wife, Angie, of Circleville and Davy Daniels of Columbus and her longtime companion, Ernie Robinson of New Holland.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place. There will be no visitation or service.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in New Holland.
