Lewis Daniel George, 77, of Washington Court House, Ohio died Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at 9:27 a.m. shortly after arrival at Fayette County Memorial Hospital. He had been in failing health.
Lewis was born April 24, 1942, in Ross Co., Ohio to Robert Merton and Opal Zimmerman George. He lived most of his life in this community.
He was a driver for Pizza-N-Motion for 31 years before his retirement in 2011.
Lewis was preceded by his parents and two brothers, Robert M. George on December 8, 1988, and John Thomas George on June 9, 2018.
He is survived by four children, Wendy George, Danny Camp, Mary (Jim) Ingram and Randy Cline, all of Washington Court House; 13 grandchildren; his girlfriend, Vicki Mason of Washington Court House and a sister-in-law, Vicki George of Tennessee.
A private family visitation will be observed and cremation will follow.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House.
