Charles Marion Warner, 76, of Washington Court House, Ohio died Saturday, December 5, 2020, at 12:27 a.m. at Doctor’s Hospital West in Columbus where he had been a patient since November 29.
Charles was born August 27, 1944, in Washington Court House, the son of Dorothy Ater Smith. Except for ten years in Chillicothe, he lived most of his life in Washington Court House.
He was a retired factory laborer.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Diane Warner on November 12, 2020, and four siblings, Bill Warner, Edna Mae Cline, Barbara Jean McCray and Carolyn Meadows.
Charles is survived by three children and their spouses, Charles and Anita Warner of Martinsville, OH; Stephanie and Eric Justice of Chillicothe and Kelly and Michael Jarrells of Washington Court House; two step-children, Scott (Heather) Runnels, and William “Brian” Runnels and his girlfriend, Mimi Dewine; six grandchildren; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren and two sisters, Lynn (Pete) Harperree and Patty Trenner of Washington Court House.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in the Washington Cemetery under the direction of the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House.
